It is focused on developing innovative diagnostic tools to define the best therapeutic options for patients with cancer. REVEAL GENOMICS,S.L. is a spin-off of Hospital Clínic of Barcelona, IDIBAPS, University of Barcelona (U.B.), and Vall d’Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO).

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Specialist to join REVEAL GENOMICS, S.L. The selected candidate will support the daily operations of the company by assisting with logistical, customer service and cross functional tasks that enable the implementation of the clinical workflow within the routine service and ensure the delivery of an excellent customer service, supporting also regulatory compliance and commercialization of Company products.

The key responsibilities of the position will be:

  • Support daily operational tasks, with a focus on logistics and test processing.
  • Coordinate the shipment, reception, and tracking of diagnostic samples and test kits.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation and records for quality purposes.
  • Provide first-line customer service, managing inquiries and supporting users and partners.
  • Support the resolution of issues related to sample quality and logistics.
  • Contribute to process improvements, bringing a scientific perspective to operational workflows.

Dependency & Reporting Structure:

Reports to COO.

The candidate will join an extremely motivated team committed to performing a high impact work in the precision medicine field. She/he will be involved in different challenging projects that will potentially result in genomic tools to be applied at clinical practice all over the world. EU citizens will be requested a registration certificate in Spain. Non-EU residents must hold a valid residence and work permit. Additionally, all applicants must possess educational qualifications that are accredited or recognized by the Ministry of Education to ensure compliance with the standard educational requirements for the role.

Required qualifications and skills

  • Required degree:  University degree in Health Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in medical centers, research institutions, or biomedical companies will be highly valued.
    • Familiarity with regulated environments and documentation processes is a

    • Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
    • Interest in biomedical research and a proactive attitude toward learning and improving internal processes.
  • Languages: English and Spanish.
